LuaCrypt Back to Dashboard

Terms of Service & Privacy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using LuaCrypt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.

2. Your Account

You sign in with Discord or with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done through your account. One person, one account: no shared logins.

3. Acceptable Use

4. Keys & HWID Locking

Keys are licenses to your scripts. Keys can be permanent or time-limited, and are bound to a single Hardware ID (HWID) on first use. You control your keys from the dashboard: generate, delete, and ban HWIDs. We do not restore keys deleted by accident; treat deletions as permanent.

5. Script Hosting

LuaCrypt stores and serves the code you upload, protected with self-decrypting wrappers and per-request encryption. You keep ownership of everything you upload. We may remove content that violates these terms, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of hosted scripts.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. You can stop using LuaCrypt at any time; ask us to delete your account and we will remove your data as described below.

7. Privacy: What We Collect

We use browser localStorage to keep you signed in on your device. We do not sell your data, we do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not share your information with anyone except where required by law or to operate the service (for example, our hosting provider).

8. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time, and we will remove it within 30 days, minus records we must keep for security or legal reasons.

9. No Warranty

LuaCrypt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Obfuscation raises the cost of reverse engineering; no protection is unbreakable, and we make no guarantee that any script can never be cracked or leaked.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuaCrypt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost scripts, lost revenue, or banned accounts, arising from your use of the service.
